In addition to responsibilities as CEO of IN ZONE, Jim also serves as Chief Creative Officer, spearheading new product development for the Company. Prior to co-founding IN ZONE Brands, Inc., Jim pursued a variety of successful entrepreneurial ventures with his long-standing business partner, Richard Williams, including Bulldog Movers, Alpha Products and IN ZONE, Inc. Jim attended the University of Georgia in Athens, GA.

Richard serves as IN ZONE’s CFO and is also intricately involved in the Company’s day-to-day operations. Prior to co-founding IN ZONE Brands, Inc., Richard pursued a variety of successful entrepreneurial ventures with his long-standing business partner, Jim Scott, including Bulldog Movers, Alpha Products and IN ZONE, Inc. Richard attended the University of Georgia in Athens, GA.

- Peter Moersen, VP of Sales
Peter joined the team in 2009, bringing extensive consumer products and beverage leadership experiences. Prior to IN ZONE, Peter served as an executive for BYB Brands,
a beverage startup owned by Coca-Cola Bottling Company Consolidated, where he built a national sales organization and DSD network. Before that, Peter spent 22 years with
Kimberly-Clark Corporation on grocery and mass merchant customers. Peter graduated
from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration.

- Patrick Fredrich, VP of Information Technology
Patrick joined the Company in 2003 as Vice President of Information Technology, responsible for executing the Company’s IT initiatives including the implementation of tools such as MRP, integrated forecasting, CRM, EDI communications, real-time ERP/ Financial systems and reporting. Patrick graduated from the Technical University of Nanterre Courbevoie in Paris, France with a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering.

- Samantha Hodgkins, VP of Marketing
Samantha joined the team mid-year in 2009 as VP of Marketing, responsible for developing and executing IN ZONE’s branding initiatives. Samantha brings extensive experience in building strategic marketing capabilities and possesses 15 years of experience in consumer product marketing. Prior to IN ZONE, Samantha served in executive marketing & innovation roles at a variety of leading consumer companies, including Kellogg Co., Newell Rubbermaid Inc., Georgia-Pacific LLC and MeadWestvaco Packaging Systems LLC. She received her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Bachelors of Science from Stanford University.
